Any Exhibitor/Concessionaire who wishes to store concession trailers, exhibit equipment, etc. for the winter should contact the Special Events/Facility Rental Department at (620)669-3608.A Storage Contract will be filled out and payment for storage will be due at the time the Contract is signed. Prior to the Fair, everyone with storage Contracts will be notified of a date and time for their items to be removed.
