Service Vendors – Kansas State Fair

What is a Service Vendor?
A Service Vendor supplies products or services directly to exhibitors and concessionaires at the Kansas State Fair. This can include booth equipment (tables, chairs, tents) or concession supplies (food, beverages, paper products, etc.).

• Apply using the Service Vendor Application
• Returning 2024 vendors will receive their 2025 License Agreement in November
• New applications reviewed starting December 15
• Space is not guaranteed
• Businesses wishing to showcase their own products or sell food must apply as a Commercial Exhibitor (application opens January 16, 2026)

• Returning vendors keep the same company, location, and products/items from the prior year
• The Fair may choose not to renew agreements if it is in its best interest
• Submitting an application does not guarantee space; offers are made after review

• Reviewed through a competitive process
