February 15 ^-First half payment and signed License Agreements due
February 22 - Late Fees applied
March 1 - Cancellation notices sent out
March 11 - Change request open
April 30 - "Tasting Tuesday" and "Shop Till You Drop" applications due
July 1 - Apply for "Special Events" Tax Clearance Certificate
July 1- Certificate of Liability Insurance (COI) due for coverage of Fair dates
July 15 - Menu & Item list due (including pricing)
July 15- Second half payment due. Any cancellations after this date will receive a refund equal to HALF of all payments made
July 22- Late Fees applied
August 1 - Final date for Drawing, Giveaway & Special Activity Applications
August 1- Final date to receive WRITTEN NOTICE of license agreement cancellation. Any cancellations after this date will NOT receive a refund.
August 15 - LAST DAY to order Advanced Gate Admission through Commercial Exhibits Department
August 19 - Credential pickup begins if we have your Certificate of Insurance on file
August 23 - Outside Exhibitors begin display set up
August 31 - Fair Office is open 8am - 5pm
September 1 - FAIR OFFICE IS CLOSED
September 2 - Inside exhibitors begin display set up. Exhibit buildings and Fair Office are open from 8am - 5pm.
September 3, 4, 5 - Exhibit buildings open from 8am - 8pm for exhibitor set up
SEPTEMBER 6 - 15 - 2024 KANSAS STATE FAIR
September 16 thru 20 - Fair Office open 8am - 5pm
September 17 - Inside Exhibitor displays/booths should be completely removed from buildings
September 19- Outside Exhibitor displays/booths should be completely removed from Fairgrounds.
