Parking and Schedule Updates During Fair

On-Grounds Parking - See Map

• Lots A & B (State Fair Road): Currently open and will remain open all weekend. Normal traffic patterns apply.

• Lot C (Plum Street): Reopens to patrons at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 13 with limited availability. Will Call, handicapped, and Media/VIP parking will continue in this lot.

Shuttle service will continue on this weekend, beginning at 7:30 AM from the locations listed below. The final buses will depart the Fairgrounds at 11:30 PM on Saturday.

• Bold 3PL – East parking lot at 1529 E. 17th Avenue. See map.
• Hutchinson Uptown Mall – Southwest corner, south of Hutchinson Vintage Market. See map.
• NO PARKING OR PICK UP AT HUTCHINSON SPORTS ARENA OR STRINGER FINE ARTS CENTER (SAT. OR SUN)

Shuttles will run approximately every 20 minutes. All shuttles will drop off at Gate 8 and pick up at Gate 9 on Plum Street. Please allow extra time for travel and note that wait times may be longer with extended routes.

Handicapped Parking: Parking near Gates 5 and 9 on State Fair Road will remain available for handicapped guests only. Guests must display their handicapped placard in order to park in this area.

• Will Call: The Will Call office at Lot C on Plum Street will remain open and accessible.
• Livestock Exhibitors: All livestock exhibitors with purchased Purple & Tan Lot parking will still have access.

Group/Family Drop-off: Guests may drop off family and friends at Gate 1, then proceed to park (see map)

Dry Camping: Those with Dry Camping Reservations can still access the dry camping lots. Please call your Camp Host when you arrive.
