Note: Please contact our department with any questions you may have regarding the following guidelines. The Commercial Exhibits Department numbers are manned all year. Other numbers listed are for use during the duration of the Fair only.
IMPORTANT REMINDER DUE DATES
- December 16 - All SV order forms due to our office for exhibitor license agreement packets
- January 15 - First half payment due along with signed license agreement
- January 25 - Late Fees applied on first payment
- May 15 - Second half payment due. Cancellations after this date will receive a refund equal to HALF of all payments made.
- May 22 - Late Fees applied to past due 2nd half payments
- July 1 - Certificate of Liability Insurance due
- July 15- Final date to receive WRITTEN NOTICE of Service Vendor License Agreement cancellation. Cancellations after this date will NOT receive a refund
- August 1 - Final date for Service Vendor credential inserts
- August 15 - Last day to order Advanced Gate Tickets
- August 16 - Gate tickets will need to be purchased through the Ticket Office
- August 19 - Credential pickup begins if we have all required documents
- August 23 - Outside Exhibitors begin display set up
- August 31 - Fair Office is open 8am - 5pm
- September 1 - Fair Office is closed
- September 2 - Inside exhibitors may begin setting up booth spaces. Exhibit buildings and Fair office open from 8am - 5pm.
- September 3, 4, 5 - Exhibit buildings open 8am - 8pm for set up
- September 6 thru 15 - 2024 Kansas State Fair
- September 16 thru 20 - Fair Office open 8am - 5pm
- September 17 - Inside Exhibitor displays/booths should be completely removed from buildings
- September 19 - Outside Exhibitor displays/booths should be completely removed from fairgrounds
