SPACE CHANGE REQUESTS order to be non-discriminatory to all Exhibitors, the following is the procedure followed when requesting additional space, or a change in location. Complete the “Contract Change Request” form, which is found in “forms” or may be obtained from Commercial Exhibits office.Please return it with the signed Contract, along with your first half or full payment, immediately for consideration of your requested change. Your request will be addressed by the date an Exhibitor’s signed Contract, payment, and request form are all received in our office.Once all Contracts are returned, we will determine what spaces are available and address your request.Completion of this form does not guarantee your request will be accommodated.
