Complete the “License Agreement Change Request” form, which is found in “forms” or may be obtained from Commercial Exhibits office.
Please return it with the signed Agreement, along with your first half or full payment, immediately for consideration of your requested change. Your request will be addressed by the date an Exhibitor’s signed Agreement, payment, and request form are all received in our office. We will begin looking over change requests in March, once everyone has had a chance to send in their signed agreements and we are able to determine what spaces are available.
Completion of this form does NOT guarantee your request will be accommodated.
