Cancellation by the Exhibitor & Refund Policy

CANCELLATION BY THE EXHIBITOR AND REFUND POLICY

An Exhibitor may submit a request for cancellation of Exhibitor Space Rental Agreement and refund in writing at any point during the year. Any requests for a full refund must be date stamped or postmarked by July 15, 2025.A $100 Administrative Fee will be assessed on all refund requests made on or before July 15, 2025 and a refund will only be made if the Fair is able to resell the exhibit space to another Exhibitor. Any cancellations made on or after July 16, 2025 through August 1, 2025 will only receive a refund equal to one-half of the Exhibitor Space Rental Agreement amount. Any late fees assessed will not be refunded.

Any Exhibitor Space Rental Agreement cancelled after August 1, 2025, FOR ANY REASON, regardless of when Exhibitor Space Rental Agreement was issued, will not receive a refund of any monies paid on the Exhibitor Space Rental Agreement. The Exhibitor will not be allowed to return to the Fair the following year.
