Exhibitors who want to use inflated or helium filled balloons for booth decoration, display, or for advertising purposes, must submit their plan and/or design to the Commercial Exhibits Coordinator by
August 1 for approval. Balloon decorations or signage must adhere to all booth design guidelines as stated below. The decision of the Commercial Exhibits Coordinator will be final on requests for use of balloons for this purpose.
