Vendor Vehicle Hangtags are $200 each and are required on every vehicle entering the grounds for the purpose described in the Contract. All individuals in the vehicle must give an admission ticket at the gate beginning at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, September 9. Accompanying each Vendor Vehicle Hangtag purchased, a Vendor will be issued 10 individual gate tickets. Deliveries are to be made before 9:00 a.m. A $10 administration fee will be deducted from the refund on cancellations received or postmarked by August 1.
All Service Vendors will be required to sign and return a Roving Vehicle Guidelines form, stating he or she had read and will adhere to the Fair’s roving vehicle policy. These forms will need to be turned in prior to the current year’s fair and credential pickup.
