*We do not sell parking spaces on the grounds for exhibitors unless you exhibit large livestock and need be present to show and care for your animals. If you require handicap parking, please located the designated spaces available outside the grounds. Spaces are available on Plum St. near Gate #9 and are limited. These are on a first-come basis.
Parking is FREE in the public parking lots located north and east of the Fairgrounds. FREE PARKING is also available in the Hutchinson Mall parking lot, East on 17th St. where exhibitors can be shuttled to the fairgrounds easily and safely. If you are an exhibitor and need to drop off your item(s) during fair hours (Special Contests, On-site Contest or Floriculture mid-week), Delivery/Release Hang tags are available at no charge at the gate. This hang tag allows you on the grounds, to park your vehicle in the designate lot only, to deliver your entry and then exit immediately. A gate admission ticket is required for each individual in the vehicle. Vehicles are not allowed on the Fairgrounds after 8:00 a.m., Friday, September 10 until after 8:00 p.m., Sunday, September 19.
Exhibits or demonstrations being delivered to 4-H Centennial Hall should enter at Gate #3, 23rd St. & Main St.
Floriculture should enter at Gate #2, off Poplar. Foods entries should enter at Gate #3, 23rd St. & Main St. Demonstrators or Judges should enter in the appropriate gate.
