Review of Racetrack proposals and public input.
Public session regarding the racetrack at 5:00 p.m. at Dillon Hall in the Encampment Building.
Meeting will begin by going over proposals. Following the presentation of any formal proposals, public comment will last for an hour. Each individual will be limited to 10 minutes of comments and must sign in before the meeting.
