Schedule of Events – all events on Ks State Fairgrounds unless otherwise noted. TENTATIVE
Friday, Jan 20
4 pm- cattle may arrive and go to tie outs only after 4 pm. No cattle or tack in the barn until 6 am Saturday. Bring your tie out bedding. Water will be available to water cattle.
7 pm- Miss Kansas Angus & Ambassador Contest and Interviews- contestants and parents only., Comfort Inn and Suites.

Saturday, Jan. 21

6 am -Barn open for cattle and tack – NO set up or move in on Friday.
11 am– Deadline for junior cattle to arrive
10 am to 11:30 am- junior cattle check in
11:30 am -Ks Angus Auxiliary meeting–Prairie Pavilion meeting room, Fairgrounds
12 :30pm– Ks Junior Angus Association meeting- Showring
1:30 pm to 4 pm - Hospitality hosted by Ks Angus Auxiliary
2 pm– Ks Angus Association educational program – Prairie Pavilion meeting room, Fairgrounds
3: pm – KAA Annual Meeting – Prairie Pavilion meeting room, Fairgrounds
6:30pm—pre-banquet social , Cottonwood Court building, Fairgrounds
7 pm– Banquet - ticket and reservation required. Cottonwood Court building, Fairgrounds

Sunday, Jan.22

7 am-Exhibitor and Family breakfast- free will, offering -Prairie Pavilion
9 am--Ks Angus Futurity Junior Show - all junior Angus exhibitors welcome, out-of-state exhibitors welcome.
Judge: TBA
Entry and ownership deadline Jan 10. Show info and entry form

Banquet reservations www.kansasangus.org . Reservation and ticket required. Limited walk-in space available at the door . Make reservations by January 15.
