The Kansas State Fair is the perfect way to celebrate the end of summer with the whole family. It's that time of year when you can get your fill of deep-fried goodness. It's that time of year when you can take a ride on Ye Old Mill, see racing pigs, giant pumpkins and beautifully crafted quilts. There is live music, livestock shows, chainsaw artists, roving performers, buildings filled with wares, thrill rides and so much more.
People from all over our great state and beyond flock to the fair, which kicks off Sept. 6. We would love to help guide you through our Fairgrounds. Here are our favorite must-see spots for your family — as well as a few hidden gems you might not know about.
