SERVICE ANIMALS: A service animal is any dog or miniature horse that has been trained to perform disability-related tasks for the benefit of a person with a disability. You may only be asked whether your animal is a service animal, and what tasks it performs for you. You may not be asked if you are disabled or what your disability is. Neither the ADA nor Kansas’s public accommodations law includes what some people call “emotional support animals”.

Suggestions for improvements and additional services are always welcomed by the Fair Board, which will continue efforts to make the Fairgrounds accessible to everyone.
