Great News! While we are heartbroken we had to cancel the 2020 Kansas State Fair, we have rescheduled our entire 2020 Nex-Tech Wireless Grandstand lineup to 2021! So, hold on to your tickets - your physical ticket will be honored in 2021. Your seat is safe.

Do I need a new ticket?
There is no need to exchange your ticket. We will honor all tickets already purchased in 2020 at the 2021 Kansas State Fair.


I won tickets through a radio station or TV station contest. Can I use them in 2020?
Lucky Duck! Yes, keep your tickets as they are good for the 2021 event.


How can I still support the Kansas State Fair?

A year without a fair will present challenges – not just for us, but for our numerous partners, exhibitors, vendors and more. If you’d like to support the Kansas State Fair, you can do so several different ways. You could turn some or all of your ticket purchases into a tax-deductible, charitable contribution that will help the Kansas State Fair tradition continue for future generations.

This option will be available through the ticket refund form link, which will be active for 30 days ending Sept. 4.


Ticket Refunds

We understand if your plans have changed.

The Kansas State Fair will provide full refunds to all ticket buyers who purchased their tickets directly from the Fair through ETIX. Refunds will follow the purchasers’ original method of payment.


Refunds will be offered for 30 days ending Sept. 4. Refund requests must be initiated by Sept. 4, 2020 or the tickets will automatically be rolled over for use at the 2021 Kansas State Fair.

PLEASE NOTE: Tickets that have been refunded will have their bar codes deactivated and will be unusable for entry to the 2021 Kansas State Fair.



How do I request a refund?

To initiate the refund process, please contact us in one of the following ways:

  • Fill out our online form by clicking here.
  • Call us at 620-669-3618.
  • If you have your tickets with your order number, you can stop by the Administration Office front desk, and they will help you fill out the form.
How will I receive my refund?
The answer to this question depends on:
  • Whether you bought the tickets directly from the Fair (i.e. through the Fair’s website or through the ticket office);
  • if you did purchase from the Fair directly, how did you pay for the tickets (i.e. credit card or cash).

The Fair can only refund to the original purchaser. If you received your tickets as a gift, or purchased the tickets from another person or through another website (i.e. Stub Hub, ETickets, Ticketoffices.com, Vivid Seats, Razor Gator, Galaxy, eBay, Craigslist, etc.) you cannot be refunded by the Fair.

If you purchased your tickets from the Fair directly via the Fair’s website or in person at the office and paid by CREDIT CARD, a full refund will be issued automatically to the credit card that you used when you bought the tickets.

If you purchased in person at the office and paid by CASH, the Fair will mail you a refund check. Checks will be sent automatically to the address used at the time of purchase.

No matter how you paid the Fair for your tickets, your refund will be processed after completing our Request For Refund Form.

If you decide to participate in the charitable contribution option, your refund less the charitable contribution will come back to you either in the form of a credit to your credit card or a check in the mail depending on the method of your initial payment.



When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will begin being processing within 30 days of your initical request.
Credit card refunds may not appear on your statement until your next credit card billing cycle.


Can I get a refund for non-concert tickets (i.e. gate tickets, food tickets, ticket packages)?
All food, midway and packages (ie: Family, Couples, Seniors and Kids) will be honored in 2021. To request a refund, you must bring in your physical package or food tickets by Sept. 4. After that date, all tickets will be rolled to 2021. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we all work through this difficult time together.
