Release of Animals

RELEASE of ANIMALS:

All species see handbook sections for their show for release times. Times vary by show.
A request for early release, based on a valid emergency, shall be presented to the superintendent of the department. If an exhibitor requests an early release because they are entered in another State or Regional Fair, the superintendent in charge of the department must receive from subsequent Fairs, an official confirmation or acceptance of entries and dates of judging.
The Superintendent is empowered to authorize and schedule release of exhibitors.
Any violation of this rule will cause forfeiture of all premiums earned by exhibitor and possible disqualification from future competition.
