No dogs, cats, or other animals, except service animals, as required by State and Federal law, shall be permitted on the Fairgrounds during the annual Kansas State Fair, except in designated areas. (Kansas Administration Regulation 116-2-1) In designated areas, pets must be on a leash, contained in living quarters, trailers, or stall and any waste must be picked up and disposed of properly. Any animal posing a threat to the safety and enjoyment of the Fair guests will be removed. All animals must meet current health requirements.
