It is the right of the Kansas State Fair Board, at its discretion, to conduct laboratory analysis on any animal entered in Kansas State Fair competition. All initial Quality Assurance Testing required by the Kansas State Fair will be paid for by the Kansas State Fair. Payment for other tests, (i.e., blood typing, etc.) required in the youth or open livestock shows, will be the sole responsibility of the exhibitor.
