Per K.A.R. 116-1-2, the consumption of alcoholic beverages and/or cereal malt beverages on the Kansas State Fairgrounds is not permitted unless in an area specifically designated by the Kansas State Fair Board for such purpose. Those areas currently approved are Sunflower Terrace, the Beer Garden, Roadhouse Bar & Grill, Lair Whitehouse, Bluestem Wine Garden and Nex-Tech® Wireless Grandstand concert venue. Consumption in any other area is not permitted. Violators may jeopardize future participation in the Kansas State Fair and face further disciplinary actions.
