Debate Demonstration

It's time, again, for the Annual High School Debate Exhibitions at the Kansas State Fair, sponsored by Sterling College. The debates will be held Tuesday, September 12 at Hansen Auditorium in the Encampment Building. Debate demonstrations will begin at 9:00 A.M., exhibitions will continue throughout the day at 11:00 AM, and 1:00 PM. This is not a tournament, but an exhibition by several debate teams debating the current topics in conjunction with the Kansas State High School Activities Association. All schools are welcome to come and watch the showcase. You can register your class through the Kansas Largest Classroom program to receive discounted gate tickets.
