Contract renewal is based on the same products and/or items and location(s) from the previous year. Please submit this form If you would like to make a request for:
- a change in location
- add additional space(s)
- or your business name changes on your Commercial Exhibits Contract.
Please note that these changes will not take place until approximately the end of February when we know if there are available spaces. The request will be placed in order by first come and at least first payment made.
All change requests will be reviewed by the
commercial exhibits committee which consists of the Kansas State Fair General
Manager, Commercial Exhibits Director, Physical Plant Manager and Sponsorship
