Whether you're interested in showcasing your business, offering the latest and greatest food "on a stick", or hoping to provide Exhibitors with a needed service during the 2010 Kansas State Fair, you must first apply!

 

The Commercial Vendor application process begins in January each year, with the most current application available now in downloadable format in the 'Applicants' section on the right side of this page. Applications are not carried over from year to year. You must download or request the application and return it, along with a photo or product information, to our office to be considered for space each fair year.

 

There are two types of applications:

1) Anyone who wishes to sell or exhibit a product(s), has an item or items to display, or wishes to become a food or other concessionaire should fill out the Commercial Exhibitor Application. This particular application is now available in the upper right hand corner of this page under 'Applicants'.

2) Anyone who wishes to provide individual exhibitors or concessionaires with a product or service during the Kansas State Fair, should fill out the Service Vendor Application. This application is also now available in the upper right hand corner of this page under 'Service Vendors'.
