Every year there is something new to see at the Kanas State Fair! You will want to check out all the events and you will discover a favorite. Three stages of FREE entertainment, attractions, and strolling acts will be throughtout the fairgrounds. Entertainment that strolls the Kansas State Fairgrounds have been a part of the fun for years. Check out the "Around the Grounds" link to the right to see all of our strolling acts! Racing Pigs, Goat Milking, Musicians and more - the Kansas State Fair offers more than a day's worth of free entertainment.

A.J. LUTTER, CHAINSAW ARTIST

 

Enjoy watching A.J. Lutter carve intricate and amazing designs from an ordinary peice of wood using a chainsaw. You can see the Chainsaw artist at 11 am, 1 pm, 3 pm, and 5 pm everyday, North of Lake Talbott. The carvings produced during the fair are auctioned on Saturday, September 18th, at 4 pm at AT&T Arena.

ANTIQUE TRACTOR PULL

 

Watch the battle between treasured releics! The agriculture favorite Antique Tractor Pull will be in Bison Arena on Sunday, September 19th begining at 10 am.

KANSAS STATE ARM WRESTLING CHAMPIONSHIPS

 

This competitive event takes place on Sunday, September 12, 2010. Open categories encourage everyone...so come flex your "arm" at this event. Contestants may register at the Gazebo in Gottschalk Park from 11:00 - 1:30. Special Clinics will begin at Noon. Feed-in competition will start after the clinics. The Grand Finale will be held at 4:00 pm.

BIG RIG RIDES AROUND THE KANSAS STATE FAIR RACE TRACK

 

Ride in a "Big Rig" with a professional driver!  Experience the thrill as you make a lap around the Kansas State Fair Race Track.  Make a point to visit the Sprint Grandstand, Wednesday, September 15th from 9 am to 4 pm.
