Commercial Vendors

Whether you're interested in showcasing your business, offering the latest and greatest food "on a stick", or hoping to provide Exhibitors with a needed service during the 2013 Kansas State Fair, you must first apply!
 

The Commercial Vendor and Service Vendor application process begins in January each year, with the most current application available in the 'Applicants' section at the top of this page. Applications are not carried over from year to year. You must download or request the application and return it, along with a photo or product information, to our office to be considered for space each fair year.

There are two types of applications:

1) Anyone who wishes to sell or exhibit a product(s), has an item or items to display, or wishes to become a food, ride or attraction concessionaire should fill out the Commercial Exhibits Application. This particular application is now available in the upper left corner of this page under 'Applicants'.

2) Anyone who wishes to provide individual exhibitors or concessionaires with a product or service during the Kansas State Fair, should fill out the Service Vendor Application. This application is also now available in the upper left corner of this page under 'Service Vendors'.

Please note a completed application submitted to the Fair does not guarantee an offer of exhibit space. All applicants must go through the application process, submitting all required information. Beginning on or around the 15th of April, the Commercial Exhibits Director will begin reviewing all new applications. If the Kansas State Fair is able to accommodate your needs, based upon your application information, an offer of space will be made to you utilizing the contact information provided.
