RV Park - 2024 Kansas State Fair

Full Service RV Park: Reservation is required. The Kansas State Fair RV Park contains 211 full service 50 amp hook-ups. Your Fair time reservation includes 12 nights of camping (starting the Wed before the Fair through 10 a.m. on Monday following) and gate admission for two (2) people. The fee is $600.

Nightly RV Sites: Reservation is required. The nightly sites are very limited and have electricity and water only. Please bring extra water hose, an electric cord and a Y hookup with you. These sites are located in a grassy area with some trees. Your reservation includes gate admission for two people on the day(s) you wake up on the fairgrounds but does NOT include gate admission for your arrival date. Please plan to purchase gate tickets either in advance from Dillon’s or at the fairgrounds on your arrival, for each individual in your vehicle. Your reservation begins at 1 p.m. on your arrival day and end at 11 a.m. the following day.

In case of inclement weather, please call the Fair time RV Park office at 620-669-3891 before you come to the Fair to check on RV site parking conditions.

Refunds will be issued if site is not usable due to rain or mud as determined by Fair staff. Stays in the nightly RV sites are limited to no more than a four-night stay starting Wednesday, Sept. 4, 2024 through Monday, Sept. 16, 2024. Any dates outside of this time frame will be subject to availability upon arrival.

NO SERVICE CAMPING DURING THE FAIR

Parking lots A & C offer $10 per night camping sites. Tents are allowed only in these areas. No services will be provided other than trash cans.

Lots will open at 1:00pm., Wednesday, Sept. 6.

CAMPER GUIDELINES - NON-RV PARK USE

Each camper is permitted space for one camper unit and one additional vehicle. Please DO NOT mark off areas or attempt to save spaces. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
Campers are asked to be respectful of their neighbors when running generators.
Dump stations are available at No Cost in Public Parking Lot C near 20^th and Plum. Stations are located Northwest of the Will Call Building. No dumping of gray or black water onto the ground is permitted. If you are found to have dumped your gray or black water on the ground, you will no longer be allowed to camp on the Kansas State Fairgrounds and a fine can be assessed.
Carl Vincent Service will provide on-site waste removal at your location. Arrangements must be made directly with the RV Park Supervisor. This is an additional fee and will be paid directly to Carl Vincent Services.
Pets are allowed only in the immediate vicinity of your camper and must be on a leash. No dogs, cats, or other pets, with the exception of Service Animals shall be permitted on the Fairgrounds proper (inside the fence). Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their animal and placing the waste in a trash receptacle.
No sales of products or services are allowed in the RV Park or Parking Lots. Anyone wishing to sell a product or service must do so from a location assigned by and contracted with the Kansas State Fair.
Unauthorized use of motorized scooters, golf carts, two-wheeled scooters, or similar means of transportation is prohibited in the RV Park or on the Kansas State Fairgrounds. Bicycles are not allowed to be ridded on the Fairgrounds proper (inside the chain link fence).
