Entry fee is $80.00 with 50% payback to classeswith 30% to overalls. Straight circuit payback for added money, 100% going to class winners. You must be a member of CMSA to enter. This will be a double point world qualifier.

Cowboy mounted shooting is timed competition requiring the participants to ride a predetermined course on horseback, while shooting ten balloons with two single action revolvers. Penalties are incurred and added to the raw score for missing balloons, knocking over a barrel, not riding the correct pattern and for dropping a gun. Individuals are assigned classes on their abilities and on the number of wins in those classes. There are classes for children, men, and women. There are senior classes for older contestants.
